I started ordering from HF many years ago when it was mail order only. I admit I was seduced by the low prices. Now that we've got a local store I like to knuckle drag at least once a week with my twin brother. The girls always ask me "where's your brother?" if I'm alone.

I buy the power tools for cheap to take to the deer lease. I bought a 12 volt 15 gallon sprayer to clean my pool and it's got the same pump that you get at Northern Tool and Tractor Supply and was less than 1/2 the price of both. On sale with 20% coupon.

I was riding on I-35 through Dallas one evening when I ran over something in the road. It turns out my straps on my tool bag had broken, and I ran over my tools.
It had been filled with Snap-on and Craftsman tools! That was an expensive speed bump!
Now the tool bag is filled with Harbor Freight Chi-Com tools!
I had a similar incident a few months back. I was driving down a dirt county road when I saw something shiny catch the sun. I stopped to look and it was one of those chrome plated Snap-on 11/16" wrenches. I looked around al little more and in the ditch I found the full set 3/8" all the way up to 7/8". Nobody was near and this road is not travelled too much, so no telling how long they were laying there. Somebody is out some bucks. Guess they weren't yours.
