No, you're not, but others don't understand. If the bar area is part of the restaurant (Chili's for example) then it's covered under one license and highly unlikely to be 51%. Something like a bar in a hotel, operated independently of the hotel and/or any restaurant is likely to be 51%.chane wrote:AEA wrote:Just sit outside and do not enter the building. I goto restaurants all the time and usually find a booth or table in the "bar area" rather than waiting on the list to be seated. Am I misunderstanding that the whole establishment is either red 51% or not?
