I have the Leatherman Blast (retired
) It has just what I need and not a lot more. Best thing about it is the lock-blade feature. All tools lock in place.

I was making a comparison to the OP. So, n5wd, what do you think of the Crucial Black Multitool? The Leatherman and Wave are designed to be Swiss Army Knives of multitools - doing a lot of odd jobs, but mastering none.
