Earlier this week I ordered from bullhide belts. Heard some good things about them and figured I give them a try.

I'd post a review, but since this is my first gun belt I can't compare it against another. Good luck in your search.

I'm back in the market too. I bought a Foxx Belt. It was kind of ugly, but that's not why I sent it back. The belt was too thick for most of my pants, and too stiff for me. I know it is supposed to be stiff (that's the point right), but it actually caused my gun to print a lot more, and it looked like a defined ring. For now I will use my dockers belt until I find a better solution.

They have a nice looking selection. I might have to pick up a black belt for a change from my brown DM Bullard belt. I like this one:

You weren't lying. Holy smokes this thing rocks! Comfortable, looks great, and a huge difference with the holster in place. Glad I purchased one before I started carrying. What an amazing difference just a belt has made. Highly recommend one to anyone in the market.

Some pics to compare

Difference in thickness:. My everyday belt is there I promise.

I'm going to copy and paste my response I made to the same thing on defensivecarry.com

I have two belts that I use/used. The first one I've been using since around 2005. It's a Gunner's Alley. http://www.gunnersalley.com/gunners-alley-gun-belts/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; There is only normal wear for how long I have had it. The only reason I don't use it right now is because I outgrew it. I can still use an OWB holster but the belt really is just a hair too snug. The other belt I'm using is a the Wilderness Tactical 5 stitch that has been mentioned so many times.

Both are good belts. I would buy the Gunner's Alley again in a heartbeat. The only reason I didn't is because I wanted a nylon belt since I already had a leather (even if it is snug right now). The other nice thing is you can pick how many holes, color of the buckle and if you want a round or square buckle. I'm surprised people haven't mentioned them or used them.

Now that you have posted your recommendation, maybe more people will use them. :thumbs2:

I got one of Big Ugly Leather Works gun belts, and I couldn't be happier. He makes his belts to your specifications, and they are tough! They are also VERY economically priced. My belt is double stitched, and is very thick. His customer service is off the charts, and he produces very quality work, with a very short wait. His holsters are danged good too! I really like my IWB/OWB he made me :mrgreen:

His pics do not do the work justice.

You can contact him via facebook or email, as he doesn't have a website yet.

You can't beat a Tucker belt and/or holster. There are competitors, but none can beat it. http://www.tuckergunleather.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
