We have researched the subject thoroughly. We are completely satisfied that our conclusions are accurate. In our case, the church will be owning both property and structure. What I'm unclear on, is whether the preschool will be staffed by church employees, or if an outside organization would be using our facility for their school.Keith B wrote:If the property is owned by thee church and the school has dedicated facilities that are only used for school activities, then I would steer clear of that portion.
