And this is why we needed that amendment.

I am hoping one of the cities will screw up bad enough to make a lawsuit viable.

That is the best way to stop this behavior

IF (as in big IF) enough people OC and there are significant negative encounters with LEO of the non-OCT variety, we will see changes in the '17 session.

I was in Michigan all last week. I didn't see a single person openly carrying.

I understand his point. I lived in La for 30 years and never saw a single person OC. It doesn't mean no one OCed during that time, it simply means that it was so rare that it is a statistical non-event.
