Kerry is definitely mentally ill...a sociopath at the very least. 70 year old men mutiliate their faces with plastic surgery are not psychologically healthy.

His specialness is much worse than that. I've been a drunk sailor and had friends, while in the Navy, that were on a whole different level than me and they still weren't as bad as Kerry.
