Why on earth they give a flying pig what the end user does with his weapon is beyond me.
If they succeed imagine Mossberg going after everyone who sawed off the barrels. :grumble

No joke. I honestly hope they go out of business. I feel bad for the employees though

Also consider a P229. I've shot a Glock 22 and P229 (both in .40) back to back. The recoil with the Sig is quite tame by comparison. The P229 is about the same size as the G19/23 family. Some decent deals out there on used 229's if you look.

It can be if you want via a dak trigger system but it's a little different pull, the reset pull is heavy and you let the trigger all the way out and it's lighter

I have a Jericho 941 9mm as my daily carry, it's a great shooter. If you can get a hold of one try it out, you won't be disappointed. Very good quality for a reasonable price. Accessories are kinda hard to find but they are out there, I order most of my holsters etc, from Zahal in Israel, only takes about a week to get here and all their stuff is high quality from what I've ordered.

I seem to remember hearing that their legal team took that action on their own without consulting with management and there was an in house smack down against the legal team shortly thereafter, followed by several apology calls CEO to CEO...
