Sig-leg!
I give up. I still want a double stack, commander-sized 9mm, but I think my P320 just isn't it. Great gun, if only it had a manual safety.

CZ, maybe, the P250 is still an option, somewhere there is gun that offers the safety features I'd like. Pretty sure it's going to be hammer fired.

Catchy name, but I think it's still safe to call it Glock Leg. After all, they were the ones who invented it.

What you want is an H & K P7M13.

For an inexpensive alternative consider the Tristar C100 or EAA Witness (your choice of metal or polymer). Hammer fired and based on the CZ. I've owned both and found them to well made, reliable and accurate.

Nice suggestions - squeeze cocker and a CZ clone. Need to look into those.

Thanks!

P320 with a manual safety you say? Click me!

Or just look for this model (320C-9-BSS-MS)

Maybe, but a more apt name might be overconfident-complacent-leg syndrome. (OCLS) Hey, I didn't discover it or invent it, but I'm naming it. :biggrinjester:

I know someone with a Springfield Armory EMP with 4" barrel. It looks and feels like a mini-1911 with a 10 round magazine. Very small, slim pistol. If you don't mind only 10 rounds, it may be a good choice.

I remember reading an article several years ago that talked about officers, after firing their Sig pistols, forgetting (in the adrenaline rush) to decock before holstering.
