There is a reason, the concentration camp museums serve as a "Mahnmal," the German word for Memorial.
Hitler greetings, phrases and symbols are outlawed and fines can be pretty steep and include jail time.

It is difficult to wrap small minds around big, complex topics so they just simplify the topics until they are small enough to handle. We see many, many examples of this.

The first American revolution was about taxes.

The real goal of this nonsense isn't to remove slavery from our history, the real goal is to erode our national heritage and equate our founding fathers, documents, and national identity as being something distasteful. Once this is achieved the United States will no longer be a bastion of freedom and equality but instead it will be another nation on the road to becoming one more failed socialist experiment.

When I entered College I noticed that History had changed. It has been over 33 years now and when I watch the news these "30 somethings" have no clue about our History. It is very very sad that America has not only stopped teaching History, but now they are trying to change our History.
