Looks like a compliant sign to me. I would definitely shop elsewhere. I might disarm, go in, ask for a manager, and politely let him know why he won't see me again while that sign is on the door.

Also when the doors are open and it is concealed through 'double' tinted glass I doubt it would be noticeable. Considering its only a class C misdemeanor and disputing the charge in court would entail taking a picture of the doors (when open) and showing the judge that it isn't readily visible would get the ticket dismissed, I wouldn't worry about it. (Keep in mind Class C = judge not jury trial).

However, any business that takes that position is not going to get any future business of mine. Ultimately, If they don't want me to carry then they can correct the sign to be big and ugly on the outside of the building. I wouldn't go there unless they were the only option.

all of those signs can't be on one sign, they have to be on separate signs. The English and Spanish for the one can be on the same sign, but that's all.

Are you sure about that? Each of them say "a sign", but I'm not aware of and don't remember anything that says they have to be separate.

The text all seems correct and if the size is correct then I think challenging it in court would be an uphill battle. Sure, it appears a little squished together, but it seems all the elements are there.

It just says "Firearms are prohibited" and doesn't have the 30.07 specific language. The 30.06 language is fine.

That's the key. I'll shop despite such signs if I really need to, but mostly I avoid them. Regrettably, we are apparently too few to make that painful for the merchants.

My opinion is that the sign says in distinct 1” tall block letters:

DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE.

It says, "We don't want your business!"

I totally missed it the first couple times I looked at it and only realized it appears correct after the 3rd or 4th time looking it over carefully word for word.
