Oh Well guess we'll check again tomorrow!!! I grew up in Houston. My wife is also from England, Rugby and Felixstowe.

I'm from West Yorkshire John, close to Huddersfield, Wakefield and Leeds.

Sounds like my wife. When someone ask her where she's from she says "East Texas" that gets some pretty strange looks!
She is considering getting her CHL but is concerned because she wasn't born here. She did get her Citizenship about 4 years ago so I tell her it shouldn't be a problem. Looks like yours went through pretty fast. Did you have any special paperwork that you had to submit?

Mine came quick. at least i think so.. 16 days from when the packet left my mail box until the chl arrived.
May 24th: Online app
May 28th: Finger prints
May 29th: Class
June 1st: Packet mailed
June 16th: CHL received
