No, that was simply a hypothetical sum for illustration purposes. Maybe this case will be the first but my gut tells me "I doubt it." We will see how it plays out in the courtroom.

I just do not see a jury being sympathetic with the victim in this case given the facts as I understand them. I could be wrong. Let's see how it plays out.
