Yup, they have had my application for 46 days now... This waiting game is getting tough!! I can only imagine what it would be like 3-4 years ago when the wait was 4-5 months!!

As a followup. I talked to a lady named Rebbecca, she said she cleared up whatever issue I had with my background check, and I should have my license within 10-14 days.

nope just that she "took care of it" Shouldn't have been any issues, as I have no arrests, and only 2 speeding tickets.

It took 4 days to go from Manufacturing pending to Mailed. That was the longest four days of the entire wait.

Updated to mailed today. I think that the whole thing was just backlogged and they never updated my status.

Well I came home early today because of the mailed stat yesterday morning but alas nothing in the box. Maybe tomorrow. Everything else goes one day in Texas, unless it's in the sticks. I imagine my mailman...

I just spoke to a very friendly and informative fellow named Victor at the the CHL hotline.
He let me know that the 60 day countdown does not begin until all information is received, and that I am currently on day 43.
He also told me that my bg check has been with the tech for more than 2 weeks, and if there was any major problem with it I should have already been informed.
Having a confirmed timeline is going to make waiting a little easier... Hopefully.
