Snopes says its false. However, it just seems that Snopes defends her, but doesn't really show us that they proved it was false, just that it seems false in their opinion.

I have never been so ecstatic I chose to drop out of the official workforce when the GOP embraced the Unaffordable Care Act in 2017, after years of pretending to oppose it.
No taxable income means no income taxes. No taxable income means I have more time to devote to things that reward me, instead of rewarding special interests. Now, no taxable income means I won't have to pay for AOC's Green Raw Deal.
Plus AOC and the DNC now want to pay me not to work? Oh, happy day!

Listening to Rush today out on a ride, he played an audio clip of AOC. That dingbat actually thinks NY saved $3B they were going to give to Amazon and wants to spend it elsewhere.

She is still an idiot but there were incentives being offered to Amazon. I know she isn't bright enough to recognized and calculate net effects and ROI (return on incentives)

Companies do not always publicly reveal the details of the financial incentives they're offered, but Amazon was forthright about the enticements it received.
From New York State, Amazon received “performance-based direct incentives of $1.525 billion based on the company creating 25,000 jobs in Long Island City.”
Amazon also signaled its intention to apply for additional incentives from the Big Apple.
