The steaks that come from Omaha, are the returns Texas sent up there for processing! 
Good idea qualifying with a semi-auto as to not limit yourself. 
Now, now, I have yet to hear about any Texas Steaks, or Austin Steaks, but ask just about anyone and they'll have heard of Omaha Steaks.
