Here is my updated line
66 days and still no plastic 
12/18 filled out on line application
12/20 fingerprinting
1/3 CHL-100 class
1/4 sent in CHL-100 document sent in and received Confirmation email
1/23 called DPS and they said that they didn't get CHL-100
1/23 sent CHL-100 again
1/24 confirmation email received CHL-100
1/29 called DPS. Still had not gotten CHL-100. She gave me her supervisors email to send it to.
2/6 called DPS and said that they had everything 
3/3 called DPS and she said that my license has been sent to processing 
3/4 Status changed to let me change address and etc.


Still no plastic as of today

67 total days. Plastic was in the mail today

I went ahead & called RSD this afternoon and after being on hold for 20 min I was able to talk to a young lady who in turn put me on hold for another 5 min due to the system not responding, finally she got back to me and said that they recieved all the info and started the background check on Feb 26th & are still waiting on that.... Hopefully I'll get my plastic by the end of the month..

Here's my current status so far.
2/22/15 - CHL class
2/23/15 - Submitted application
2/25/15 - Fingerprints and submitted CHL certificate online. Received confirmation of submitted docs several hours later.
3/13/15 - Still waiting

Received plastic today! February 16 to March 16. 28 days not counting the day it was sent off via email.

2/24 CHL Application submitted
2/26 Finger prints and CHL class
2/27 Paper work all uploaded and email confirming they received
3/16 still waiting

Feb 11th-App Submitted
Feb 12th- Fingerprints
Feb 20th- CHL Course
Feb 24th- Paperwork mailed (snailmail)
Mar 16th- Plastic in hand

Not too bad in my estimation.
