I have been approved since April 9th with no liscense in hand. Was told that after May 9th I can request a replacement.

My gosh.
Do they allow themselves 60 days for a replacement, too?
I feel for you. That must be really hard to take, but then again, what can you do?
I'll NEVER let mine lapse again.

I was told that after 30 days (May 9th) the will reprint with a new number and mail to me. I have pretty much given up hope in the system. I have been waiting since Dec 16th.

Got the message today: Application Completed - license issued or certificate active
