General info on me..

I’m 49 now.. but getting older by the second
I’m a boyish white male
My profession is training others in self-preservation skills, fitness and healthy living methods and various martial systems of self protection. I am a airbrush artist but don’t paint.. try to figure that one out.
I have been a CHL holder for 11 years.
Yes, I carry XD9mm when out and in my home.
If you are in the Dallas, Far North Dallas area and enjoy physical fitness and training hard with guys.. just buzz me.
I train one to two times a week on drawing, magazine changes, etc.. as well as with shotgun and rifle and I shoot generally once a month at the range and 4 times a year on private land where I do LOTs of tactical stuff to get a feel for survival in a urban and woodland crisis.
Thanks,

I would refer to myself as a half cajun
I can speak it a little and understand when I am around my family from The Mother Land after a while!!
I used to build pirogues and other little skiffs for duck hunting and the name has kinda stuck with my on my travels around the net.

You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your genes or your native language. Ask les pieds noirs.

Hello Everyone!!
I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to all of you. I posted in a thread on OFCC (Ohioans For Concealed Carry)that I was packing to make the move to Texas and a member from these forums suggested that I join up or at least check out this site.
I am a lifetime member of the NRA as well as a member of OFCC (Ohioans for Concealed Carry). I have been shooting for as long as I can remember and enjoy shooting competitively when the time and the funds allow it. I am 27 years young, married and living in Irving. I enjoy shooting, reloading, gunsmithing, camping, hiking, fishing and generally anything that keeps me outside. I was a welder by profession as well as a Realtor and a IT Network Administrator and currently unemployed pending surgery.
I have 1,500+ posts in threads on OFCC as well as a 100% feedback ratio from previous face-to-face transactions with members of the OFCC board. I look forward to doing what is within my powers to help the State of Texas with protection of it's 2nd Amendment rights!
I have been carrying in the State of Ohio for 6 years, my most recent EDC was a M&P40c in a Supertuck for concealed carry and Don Hume "First Agent" or JIT slide for when i openly carried.
I look forward to speaking with all of you and hopefully meeting some of you in person.
My Regards,
