In your enthusiasm to reply, and to sound sarcastic in your post, you didn't follow the progression I stated. Go back and read. I said, Basic, AIT, Airborne, then Ranger. It's a form of ad hominem. Typically, that means attacking the other person instead of the strong argument. However, a variant involves someone puffing themselves up because their position is weak.
