That would be a TABC sign for businesses that sell alcohol for OFF premise consumption.
So if your Conoco sells beer and wine, that is probably what they have.
Same sign is in all convenience stores.
It has no bearing on licensed carry.
Those signs are there to let you know that it's a felony as opposed to a misdemeanor for carrying an unlicensed handgun.

I have not seen any signs at Amegy Bank in Friendswood.

Besides Prosperity Bank, another Chambers County bank is posted 30.06. East Chambers County Bank in Winnie, this is a branch bank for Anahuac National Bank.
Both are now listed on Texas State Rifle Association website. Nice people at the TSRA.
They keep a list of "Businesses Reported Prohibiting CHL"

Security Service Federal Credit Union is posted with a non-compliant 30.06 sign. The letters are no where near 1 inch in height.

First Bank of Conroe has some ghostbuster signs but nothing about 30.06. I can live with that.
