Gee wasn't there an inicident with an (not to be named department) officer that said something similar before shooting himself in the foot in front of a classroom of children!
She was talking about the incident with the police car. We have no reason believe believe that they (she) was behaving recklessly. On the other hand there is proof the DEA agent was behaving recklessly.

Sorry I named the not to be named agency. But I don't like the war on drugs much.
