Several years ago my uncle (in his 70's at the time) was diagnosed with prostrate cancer.

He was dejected.

However, with guidance from the LORD above, we were guided to a specalist who performed a radiation treatement.

He went thru several painful moments, this I know... first hand... at how grumpy/gripy/irritable he became. This will happen because of medications and pain.

Now, some three years (plus a little) later, he has been declared clean of the cancer. The Good LORD has further plans for him on this earth.

I just said a prayer for you.

May God Bless!

Russ

Father, please give grace to the physicians and other medical people to maximize their abilities so that they can honor You by using the knowledge and skill You've already given them to address the cancer that has invaded LT's body. In Your mercy, Lord, please bring peace to the war that has started in my brother LT's body. I place him and his medical team in front of Your mercy seat for these things and I do it in the Name that's higher above all names in Heaven, on earth and under the earth; the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Due to a minor in comparison illness, business pressures and my son's football team starting new season, my time in cyberspace has been very curtailed in recent weeks and I just read this thread.

May the great mystery smile on you as you face this fierce battle. Your posts have shown the wisdom of an elder and the spirit of a warrior, both will aid you.
