Dianne Feinstein is one of the three California "Wicked Witches of the West" along with Barbara Boxer and Nancy Pelosi...and I guess you could say they have a northern cousin if you throw in that Patty Murray woman from the State of Washington...all of them are big gun-control freaks.

I wish it had been guns from the whole fast and furious ATF fiasco used in this tragedy.

Thanks. I wasn't sure about the legality of owning such items and was hoping to illustrate the futility of making them illegal. I agree with your assessment of the cylinders, however, there are simple ways (which I will also not go into) to make smoke grenades into tear gas-like munitions. That could have been the case here.

I read somewhere that he had tossed m7a3 grenades into the room. Those are old and I have seen them for sale many different places including the internet.
He was also high on vicodin but I have not seen anyone say it should be banned.

As more and more information continues to come out about the set up in the apartment the anti's are going to start losing steam. The what could have happened, if someone had entered unaware is possibly worse than the shooting.
No guns would have been involved in that.
