Guess I'll update this now. I wear the holster every day now. I really like how easy it is to get on and off and that it's independent of what I'm wearing. It has no retention at all, but that's not a problem for me, because my belt holds it in place. I found some extended mags for my Sig, so I'm now carrying three more rounds than I was. I haven't found the holster to be too hot, although I've not yet worn it in the heat of summer. Overall I'm very happy with it, and it's my EDC holster now. I've noticed that, as it wear it more, the elastic seems to be getting stretched a little, so I may need to cinch it up some more. Arming and disarming has become fairly routine now. (I have to do that every day when I arrive at and leave work.) I'm certainly not going to be as fast as I would be if I had OWB holsters, but I think awareness is worth more than speed anyway. If I become aware of a developing situation, my left hand will be in its pocket sliding a mag up while the right hand is moving closer to the grip of my weapon.

When you carry a gun, you don't have a magazine in or one in the chamber?

I'm not being condescending, I'm just trying to figure out if you've already emptied an entire mag in this hypothetical situation or not, lol.

I heard that the retention is great in these. Maybe it's great for Glocks and his other non glock molds might be of cheaper quality? I hope mine works.. I got the shipping notification today that I should have it in 1-3 days.

Very comfy holster... It is not the magic anti printing device that I thought it was going to be, but I am a slender guy carrying a full size and pro M&P with the holster.
