Maybe I'm missing something, but the OP was from 2014. The tread was resurrected yesterday by a new member, who has been asked to surrender his LTC, but there is no info regarding the second case, or the reason for the request for surrender.
I think we need to obtain more info, before we replay, with opposing viewpoints to posts from 3 years ago. JMHO
