I've thought about trying to find a place to shoot skeet with my 10/22... Is that close enough?

The Town of Deer Trail in Colorado has a bounty on drones.
Deer Trail is offering to pay random people to destroy other random people's property? That can't last for long... What if someone gets all the proper clearances to send up a very expensive drone to do weather research or something, exclusively in public airspace, and it gets shot down? As soon as the city has to reimburse the first "victim", they'll stop doing it. I should go up there and tell them they should pay me the bounty for
not shooting them down because I'm saving them the cost of replacing somebody's property.

The drone hunting license proposal was voted down in April.
