I have seen the 9mm versions around lately. Fold it up in a duffel bag with a submachine gun mag pouch. My version in 40 caliber is nice. The front sight kind of sucks, but it does what I want it to do.
I understand they are 7" x16" folded. It will fit in most suitcases. With the Glock, I think this is a good combination for everyday / short trip care carry. Common ammo and mags is great. I realize it is pistol caliber, but you get a little more velocity / energy than out of the Glock, but mainly you get better accuracy at short to intermediate distances, sufficient for the stuff you are most likely to encounter in a get home situation.
Will be my next purchase when I save up the coins. Kids college comes first. And second. And...

Maybe a fixed stock 20" AR or a nickel Colt or S&W or Sig handgun.

Took a trip north to Huntsville to get my next firearm. An M1 Carbine and some accessories. Had a nice meet up with bilgerat57 and made the deal. The problem is I met up with a friend who lives there and after lunch we went to Able's. My salivary glands were working overtime. SIGS, HK's lots and lots of firearms. Too many to list making it hard to decide what I NEED next! Though it's not on my list I handled a NEMO AR in .300 Win Mag. We were helped by a young man named Clayton who was the most helpful salesman I have ever encountered in a gun store. Even found some CCI 22LR at WalMart

I have the S&W Sheild 9mm as an EDC, but I've always wanted a revolver for home protection. Pretty sure that's going to be the next one.

If I'm not paying for it: 8 inch Colt Python or Wilson Combat Super Grade 1911
If I am: AR-15 (that I build myself)

Either a Henry 357 or a Blackhawk 30 carbine. But then I need a M1 carbine too. Or some more Finnish rifles.

I have a long list and I've seen a few of them posted here by others. But I think my next purchase is going to be a pair of threaded barrel 22lr pistols for dueling tree competitions with the kids. Right now, I'm thinking it'll probably be either a pair of Smith & Wesson M&P pistols in 22lr or a pair of Walther PPQ 5" in 22lr. Or maybe one of each. I'm open to suggestions...
