Keep in mind that a proper 30.06 sign does not have to be posted at an entrance. It's nice if it posted where it can be seen prior to entering, but it doesn't have to be.
However, if you don't see the sign because of where it's posted, you are (arguably) not in violation of 30.06 as you did not "receive" notice.
It is arguable, but it also has not been tested yet either.

I would not call the sign being in a conspicuous place but not willing to chance it. I believe I'm going to email them & tell them why they will no longer have my business. Back to building my own furniture.

Well, I missed it on my most recent trip, then. I just noticed the "gunbusters" sign on the outside entrance and stopped looking for anything after that. Oh well...
