I bet Straus did this on purpose. Promised the House would pass it so that it wouldn't be added to 910, then made it as last minute as possible so it could run out of time and he could say he tried.

Who was it that stopped SB11 from being added as an amendment to HB910 in the full Senate, because there was a "commitment" that the House would pass SB11?

That's what I was thinking. Was the suspension of rules voting recorded so we know the 6 or so Rs that didn't vote for it?

I'm novice at watching this and am slanted by wanting to hear SB11 but this sure seems like there is a real orchestrated effort to prevent it from coming up. I'll have to admit, it's interesting how it's done but it's very frustrating.
