Good possibility that some of the critically wounded died en route or at the hospital.

Ignoring Paris, Obama said (from Paris) that this kind of thing doesn't happen anywhere else in the world. We need bipartisan action on gun control.

Whoever did it and for whatever reason....it proves that a terrorist or terrorist cell can carry out an attack and exfil before the police respond....leaving them the possibility of carrying out additional attacks. This tactic, if as successful as it seems at this point, is likely to predominate over suicide attacks like the one in Paris.

Well, he's right, in other parts of the world the death tolls are higher....127 in Paris...77 in Norway. Kenya mall attack....68 killed. Mali...21. Mumbai....257. All in countries with far more restrictive gun laws than the US and all with higher death tolls than we usually see here. But since when did facts, logic, or truth matter to Marxists and Progressives (Marxists without the courage of their convictions).

Yep, it is a DHS surveillance plane. See my and TAM's posts earlier.

They have the suspects in live pursuit. Suspects are shooting at police out of the rear of their vehicle. A suspect is down in a westbound lane.

Suspect vehicle badly shot up. Suspects appear to be barricaded

ISIS Psy Ops in San Bernadino is very likely.

1. OPS had good intel on facility which has active shooter drills monthly and GUN FREE ZONE
2. Engagement and disengagement tactics indicate that the operation was intended to show that any soft target can be engaged with impunity with perps getting away "scott free"
3. OPS disguised themselves in order to make the responders and media look ineffectual in guessing games until the operation is claimed
4. Timing suggests holiday parties or any soft target is fair game during the holidays
5. Expect that some "crowing" from ISIS and a produced video will follow shortly.

A second perp is detained. The first one is dead. There are still bodies in the car. Another suspect several blocks away is still on the run and they are converging on him. He was spotted taking off his cammo clothing and shucking it as he ran.

Number of wounded is now 17. Killed is still at 14.

The inevitable is happening. What a saddening day? One more reason to carry everyday. Some are crying for Gun ban? I say have armed militias assisting the LEOs/National Guard. The faster the response to an incident the faster the end of the mayhem.
