What are you selling?
It's a scoped CZ 452 Varmint and she is listed in the CHL classifieds as well. Thanks for asking.
I have a friend looking for a 452. I'll pass it along.
Thanks, this one is LNIB pristine!

My younger brother had a Mossberg that looked like that.

So, you're saying it might not be a great idea to roll up to the bank in an M-1 Abrams tank? Or would it be okay as long as I turn the gun around backwards? :biggrinjester:

Oh, good grief, NO! Even if you're just kidding this kind of loose talk isn't right.

What if a bank teller was familiar with World War 2 history, hmmm?

What if that bank teller took one look at that gun, breech end standing proud from the turret, the muzzle turned around inside the tank, and remembered Patton's quote, "Give me an Army of West Point graduates and I'll win a battle. Give me a handful of Texas Aggies and I'll win a war."

Any reasonable person would see that backwards gun on a charging Abrams and come to just one conclusion, here come Patton's Aggies. All hope of victory against even a few of them is lost.

:biggrinjester:

Submitted in memory of my Uncle JC and Aunt Jane, who radiated strength and good humor, were Aggies in their souls, and always loved a good Aggie joke.

No No No ... There is a lot to be learned in this thread, although it's not what the OP intended

There's no sense waiting 5+ years for the next opportunity to exchange pertinent information. :biggrinjester:

Don't feed the trolls. This is a bogus entry. If you are properly concealed, no one knows.

Heck, I've been carrying since 3 days after Obama took office, and although I'm always looking
I have never "made" another CHL.

The only way that this story starts to make sense is that he used his CHL as ID at the bank, someone reacted badly and called LE. That is the only way I can make this story not make my head hurt.

Well, there is one relevant question that has not been asked yet... was the bank open when you entered? That could be relevant to not being permitted to have a weapon at that time... just a thought...

There's almost no such thing as carrying a concealed weapon. It's easy to tell when someone has one on their waist, even a rookie cop can spot that from a mile away.

They might be able to tell you have something under your shirt, but they can't tell it's a gun. Could be a cell phone, multi tool, or polish sausage.
Unless it was exposed or printing really bad, there's no way anyone can tell for sure. At best this thread has been interesting reading of the responses and speculation.

Uhh no. Has nothing to do with printing. There's a certain posture people present when they carry a gun, that includes remaining stationary and walking.

But it's a different posture that they present when they carry a cell phone or a fake gun, or gun shaped piece of metal in an empty holster? Maybe the Jedi cops can determine the disturbance in the Force caused by a real weapon... :smilelol5:
