Well, a quick Google search revealed she CAN pardon herself if she wins and Congress will most likely be helpless to stop it. Of course, NoBama would beat her to the punch and pardon her first. With her in, thats gonna be a big pill to swallow.

Can Hussein pardon her before she is convicted? Same question for HRH herself. The reason I ask is that Hussein will almost certainly be out of office by the time she is convicted. Heck he may even be out before we know what the charges are. It seems pretty broad to give a pardon without even knowing what crime was committed.

Also, I'm guessing that she would be impeached during the trial, likely before any actual conviction. So if a pardon can only be given after conviction, then she would not be able to pardon herself. No doubt Kaine would do the honors in that case, and I'm not convinced that he is much better.

Wagging the dog to increase motivation for Crooked Hillary's voters. DoJ and FBI are both corrupt at the top and they will be millionaires for life. I don't see these traitors trying to right the ship.

Exactly! The intent is to take attention off all the new Wiki leaks revelations. The FBI's Comey will announce next Friday that there is no intent. What he means by that is that there is no intent on the part of the FBI or DOJ to ever follow the law with regard violations by Hillary and her team. And by that time the attention span of most of her ill informed followers will have been exceeded.

To me it looks as if Mr. Comey figured out which way the wind blows. There has to be something juicy enough in these "new findings" for him to want to "supplement" his previous testimony now.

I don't believe that this will die quietly, someone is going down. Sadly, it may not be that witch but we shall see, Lord willing.

Yes. Ford pardoned Nixon before he was prosecuted, much less convicted. Carter mass pardoned all the Vietnam draft dodgers, etc.
