Presumably some sort of disorderly conduct or assault depending on how vigorously you object. :???:
Probably trespass. The Zoo can tell you to leave, no reason needed. If you don't leave, it's a trespass.

The Zoo situation is the same a the Texas State Fair situation: Signs can be posted, but they are invalid.
You have a defense to prosecution to trespass 30.05, if the reason is you're carrying under LTC. Presumably you can't be kicked off publicly owned property for no reason if you are a citizen/resident or else the City Hall would do it too for anyone carrying.

I hope this ruling will be the beginning of the end for Ken Paxton as AG. He has proven to be if not crooked but stupid and deserves no support from conservative citizens. Bye Bye Paxton Bye Bye.

I think he probably ruled correctly. It is not what we want, but it is within the confines of the law. This gives lawmakers direction for how to make the law more airtight.

I guess some folks think Justice Roberts was right when he said Obamacare was a tax. Like I said Bye Bye Paxton Bye Bye. I have funds to contribute to his defeat.
