“No one is above the law”, Letitia James, NY Attorney General, apparently lied on applications she used to get two real estate loans. This is, if you read the fine print at the bottom of the application, is a federal crime. She has been referred to DOJ for prosecution.

Awe, and such a sweet lady.

There was also one from some time back where she and her father stated on a mortgage application that they were husband and wife.

And... If she claimed primary residence in VA she would be ineligible to serve as AG in NY. Karma is a female dog.

I wonder if that could render her ineligible for her office and vacate any or all of the cases she presided over. Probably not, but one could hope.
