This past Saturday, 5/11/19, our Frisco breakfast had 4 attending: strogg, flightmare, skullcop, and myself.
Next week's breakfast, 5/18/19, will be held at Rudy's BBQ, I-20 service road, near Collins, Arlington.

I'm mired in work, unfortunately. Our "team" basically consists of just me and my boss, and my boss is gone all week. I'm screwed.

There were of 4 of us at breakfast today : flightmare, strogg, bitterclinger, and myself.

Next week's Fort Worth area breakfast will be Saturday, 6/15/19, 800 AM, in Hudson Oaks, Texas. Open carry will be OK.

Any east of Dallas on here? Like Garland east ….? Love to have one closer

Over in the S/SW thread there’s rumblings of wanting increase the meetings to another weekend and splitting up the two into additional locations. I’ve been wondering about doing that for a couple weeks now and finding some place maybe around Terrell. That’s halfway, roughly, from Dallas to Tyler and could bring in more folks out east.

Does anyone know anything about this place?

C-dub, et al: When we meet this Saturday, let's kick around the idea of holding August's 2nd Saturday breakfast in Terrell.
Perhaps we'd have a better chance to see some new East Texas faces.

Terrell won't be too awful many miles for most of us....heck we Dallas area guys go to the Tarrant/Parker County venues as well on the 3rd Saturdays.

I haven't checked out any locations out that way, so anyone that is out there that knows or might know of a place should chime in.

The rudys.com website was checked by me since our breakfasts there offer plenty of room, infinite loiter time (as they say in the military drone game), and reasonable prices. Unfortunately the only Rudy's east of Dallas is Tyler, and that's too far east.

One day this week, I'll take a ride out to Terrell and check out the place C-dub mentioned above, and anywhere else I can find. At such time that I have surveiled the area, I will post here. This Saturday, 7/13/19 is still Frisco Rudy's, but the August venue may change.
