12/21 LTC docs received confirmation
12/28 Fingerprinted
2/18 Phone call to DPS saying application submitted for printing
2/23 Site Change
2/24 Plastic received

Just waiting for my holster to come in! One thing that may have helped but I'm not sure is I had been fingerprinted and had a background check already done earlier in 2015. I have no clue if that sped the process for me in addition to a clean record.

I am a couple of days ahead of your timeline and nothing yet. I think it will be another week or two before I see my plastic. I had also done the app and fingerprinting a month before the class, thinking this would speed things up, but it seems to have had no effect. I have learned to be patient which is not one of my virtues.

I hope not, because I'm a December applicant (confirmation 12/21, 66 days ago) and still haven't received plastic or seen a website update.

My timeline:
Chl class 1/12/16
Fingerprints 1/18/16
Documents sent in 1/25/16
Confirmation 1/26/2016
Now it's 2/25/16
No changes to website (still early imo)

I'm guessing I still have four weeks at this point. End of March maybe? Hopefully lol.

I'm also a Canadian here on F1 visa. I got my hunting license, which should give me the ability to receive my LTC/CHL. I'm not worried about my record. I came here legally with all my checks. Even got stopped by border control at falfurrias checkpoint. Ran my ids and they apologized and let me go.

Now I'm just waiting patiently.

same here, dec 14th confirmation email...told back a month ago that just a few more days to go and it would be done....fast forward a month and i was told yesterday maybe 2-3 more weeks...i have given up and will just sit back and wait.

Thought I'd throw another late timeline in:
12/30/15- online app. with confirmation
1/8/16- finger print (identego) confirmed
1/30/16- CHL test/range qual.
2/5/16- confirmation of CHL 100 sent to instructor.

They are definitely in a weird pattern right now to say the least.

The timeline of a very good friend of mine was exactly 2 days behind mine in every aspect, I think I posted mine on Pg 199. He got his plastic today, exactly two weeks after I got mine.

I knew they got hit pretty hard in December and it was a pain to even find a place for me to get printed so it stands to reason that there's a rush but that's a pretty significant difference as to when he and I received our licenses when comparing how close we were in everything else.

I was missing a date on my CHL-100, 6 weeks in and I got mine back with yellow hilighter on it. Sent it back snail mail over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. anyone else had to deal with this? Has been 10 weeks now from time of confirmation email.
