Judging by the June and July group, looks like they're getting down to <60.

Sorry to be so brief, but this is one club that bellonging to is sort of like being home sick from work - you're not having to work, but you're not really enjoying the day off either. I'd go into details, but that has been done in the April section - you all have a great time I'm :leaving
Oh, and to those here, Good Luck, WRITE THE GOVERNOR - His office was the only one to really help me - Rick's status went WAY up as far as I'm concerned (as an educator I never thought I would ever say that).
Take Care All :coolgleamA:

Awwww, jeeze. Guess I'll expect around Chirstmas! Just as well. Gotta pick out a holster anyways. This will give me more time to peruse the pickins.

I couldn't ghost you folks. Too good a group of people in here. I haven't been playing as much as before because I'm buried in school work. It's not easy after 25 years out in the world to get back into the school routine. I've spent most of my adult life not remembering things I apparently should know well. One of the young ladies in my US History class said she wanted to sit next to me because I've lived a lot of history myself and could help her with the "old stuff"........

I told her I remember sharpening the axe Washington dulled on the cherry tree, and using it later to carve his new teeth for him......she didn't sit next to me after that......  "rlol"

I'll have to remember that line the next time a pretty girl sits next to me and I don't want her to. :woohoo

I certainly didn't mind a pretty girl sitting next to me, she just apparently left her brain at home that day. Mommy must not have put it in her backpack for her....

Here's my story-

Took CHL class 1-30-09
Mailed application 2-26-09
Bad fingerprints letter 4-23-09
Sent FAST fingerprints - 6-26-09
Forgot to sign FAST card (Oops!), signed & remailed - 7-31-09
Stuck on "processing application" ever since

Hubby had an old Class C misdemeanor & got his card in June. I'm rather tired of him gloating :???:

So is it worth calling DPS or writing my congress person? All advice welcome! :tiphat:

HI tah, and welcome to the forum! There's a wealth of information here at your fingertips, and many knowledgeable people to help you.

Yes! It is abxolutely worth your time in not only calling DPS, but also your State Congressman and State Senator! Several of our forum members were in a similar "limbo state" on the progress with their application, until they started calling them. And most, if not all met with immediate success in getting their issues resolved.

Something is terribly wrong, and your Congressman & Senator need to know about it. Give them a call.
