Why didn't the antis filibuster it? I thought that proclaimed that was what they were going to do.

As V7a noted, it is Senators Ellis and Rodriguez that have said they will filibuster, if it is close enough to the end of the session to have a chance at success. Neither body would start a filibuster now with 54 hours left in the session.

On the Senate floor now. Estes has moved to approve the HB910 out of bounds resolution, and then move to concur on the conference report.

With filibuster rules, I think they intended to strap on that bag that fastens to the leg tomorrow, not today, so ,,,might not be prepared for no bathroom break for the next 54 hours,....
