I checked this morning, and saw......"Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" !!!


Good timing too, because my order of 500rds of Federal HST from AmmunitionToGo is due to arrive today. Now I just have to wait for the mailman to bring the plastic. That might be the hardest wait yet, but at least the end is in sight.

Just had the same happen for me..."Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" this morning. I was having a hard time waking up...now I'm having a hard time sitting down!

just recieved a reply to an email that i sent august 31st, said that my license was issued on the 2nd and to allow time for delivery.

Got the mail, found my card, went to Wally World. Today was a good day.



Didn't buy any ammo, all they had for pistols was FMJ.
Total waiting time was 111 days . . . I'm in Travis County.

A friend of mine was approved on the 1st and hasn't got his yet either. I thought he was going to cry yesterday when it didn't show up. Today I called when I got home from work, asked him if it came and got the response "$%^& you!".

I guess that was a no!

After 6 days of waiting (stupid holiday weekend) I have plastic in hand.

4 months to the day after I took my CHL class. 120 days in total.

Will have to look for ammo at wally world tomorrow or Friday. I did take the dog for a walk in the neighborhood though.
