Hello everyone, I just made this account today to say something very important. Do NOT hesitate to call. I say again, Do NOT hesitate to call. I called because they had not received my "proof of special condition" (I'm 20 but in the National Guard), which I sent two weeks ago. Of course I was on hold for 30 mins, but when they finally picked up the lady told me that they had not received it. So she told me I could just email it to them (I wish I would have known that before). So within one hour of emailing them I got a response saying that they are manufacturing my ID and I should receive it within 14 days. Sorry for the long story, but I just want to say please call if its been a while with no update. What are they going to do to you? Suspend your CHL?

New update!!!!! Finally!!!! This morning my finger prints changed to completed. Now all I need is my background check to clear.

Mine has updated as well! Fingerprints are now complete, just waiting on my background check!

Congratulations! I'm surprised it updated on a Sunday. I'll bet mailed by end of the week.

Really glad to hear all the good news today and surprised to see updates over the weekend. I also realized that due to the fact that I mailed my packet on August 31st, i'll probably be the last one out of the room! Not to worry, i'll turn off the lights and secure all doors.

It is sort of fitting to get these updates today (wish I were one of them). A day we all remember the terrible injustice to so many innocent people and a day so many everyday men and women rose to true HERO status, giving their lives to save those innocents. We cannot forget how we can be lulled into a state that we don't pay attention to the atmosphere around us. Stay alert!

My fp are still under review unfortunately. I did have some extra docs In the packet from my younger wilder days. It might take me a bit longer. I will call on Monday. Congrats to all who got updates. It seems phone calls might be working.
