That's their standard answer for how long anything should take. I would ask them specifically whether or not they've received your fingerprints. Based on when you got them taken, they should have received them by now, and I doubt they should still be listed as under review. The BG still listed as under review is understandable.

Thanks for the info, I will give them a few days and call back and be more specific.

Does anyone out there have a suggestion on a good type of CC holster? I have been looking around and just can't seem to find any information on what works best. I was thinking of an inside the waist band type rather than over the shoulder. Anyone here have some experience or feedback? My CHL Instructor had suggested Bullard Leather works in Azle, but not much more info than that.

You may want to ask this question in its own thread, but three of the most popular holsters for IWB carry are:
  • Crossbreed Supertuck
  • Comp-tac Minotaur MTAC
  • Galco King Tuk
I just ordered an MTAC for my XDm.

I just got the Shielded Holster http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/showthr ... p=14914140. So far I love it! I've just been wearing it around the house and I don't even have a good belt, but this holster feels great.

Since I have very little experience with it I don't want to fully recommend it, but I'm wearing it as I type and I hardly feel it. Its cheap, $50 shipping included, and takes about a week to get to you. I don't know how durable it is (I've only had it for a week), but it seems to be made out of quality leather.

I do hear the crossbreed is the best , but this seems to be a good holster for maybe a beginner like me or someone trying to look for a new holster.

Yep mine is complete as well. Manufacturing pending. Does anyone else think it's strange how our are getting updated all at the same time? It makes me think that they were done for a while but their system was glitchy or messed up.

Looks like they are doing these things as a big batch. Hopefully today is the manufacture day and we will get that update tomorrow, then all mailed on Thursday. Fingers crossed!
