Well my friends, I had to log out and log right back in because I could not believe what I was seeing! That's right - Application Complete Certificate Active 
To everyone else waiting in the August room, hang in there. I went back and tracked Aug. apps from 2008 and it looked like they really finished up a bunch of apps this very week last year.
Thanks to all my forum friends who have kept me entertained during my wait!
