Welcome, bro.!

I'm a hack at FCI Texarkana. There's someone on the forum whose wife works at Bastrop, but I forget who it is.

Thanks to the LEOSA Law signed into effect I can legally carry concealed in all 50 states.
Everywhere except to work. :mad5 We're working on that, though.

Thanks, longtooth, I posted a pic of it in the 1911 thread. I have ordered a Milt Sparks WS-6 and a Rafters belt for the day I get out of the waiting room!

Hi Everyone!

I'm Kimberly and my husband just signed me up for the forum. I will be taking the class for my CHL on Saturday. We live in Texas City and have been married for almost 2 years. No kiddos yet - - maybe in 10 or 12 years. After marrying into a family of gun fanatics, I am anxious to learn more about the obsession!

I will be carrying a Sig P239 (thanks HighVelocity) and look forward to exploring the different laws and carry methods I can utilize.

I met several members of the forum last February at the TSRA meeting in Mesquite. I look forward to chatting with and meeting more of you!

Welcome! I also talked my wife into signing up also. She reads more than she post and she enjoys this place. I am sure you will also.

Hi Kimberly! Welcome.
I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the 239 and will be putting it to good use.
Taking your CHL class Saturday? Is that June 3rd?

Thank you very much for the warm welcome!

Yes, HighVelocity, my class is the 3rd. When I finally agreed to take the class Jason knew he better sign me up for the first one available so I couldn't change my mind. I have been assured that I will be finished in plenty of time to enjoy an evening out with you and your lovely wife! Have a great time and good luck at the IDPA match!

Again, thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome!
