One of the guys I took my class with got his Saturday and receives a call today that his license will be mailed to him in 7-10 days this proves the DPS has no clue to what they are doing

Exactly which state rep are you all contacting? Mine sent an "inquiry" and hasn't gotten a response. That's not good enough.

I called DPS at the beginning of last week, they stated that it was in the FBI background phase and it should be mailed by the end of the week. Here it is a new week and still nothing. I'm beginning to wonder if they even checked on the status when they put me on hold. I guess I shouldn't hold my breath...
