I have LOTS of irons in the fire, but I think my next pistol purchase will be an STI chambered in 9mm. They seem like the best bang for your buck, made in Texas, good warranty, and will customize it in ANY way you can think of.

I guess it depends on what you consider 'high end' and what you would use the pistol for. My choices might be either a high cap STI or SVI in 9mm or a Wilson Combat Hunter in 460 Rowland. Or I'd have a pistol built by a pistolsmith to my specs.
