Possible? Yes. Likely? No. (otherwise Lt Gov's office wouldn't be telling people it's not eligible to be heard today).
If it does get heard today this Call to Action will have been the catalyst.

Lt. Govs office told me it "should" be heard today. Maybe they got tired of all the calls????

People who have only emailed: remember to also call when you get the chance. Emails don't carry the same weight and they may not even be read today.
