He doesn't cautiously approach it. He doesn't know if the guy is even shot, or if he is, if he's inside wounded and reaching for a weapon, yet he doesn't show one bit of concern.

And he is calm throughout....you really think he accidentally shot someone and then calmly carried on....he doesn't react normally...he's not agitated or concerned in the least.

 EXACTLY !! The officer looks like he's out for a Sunday stroll while all of this takes place. He didn't have his gun drawn approaching the vehicle on high alert...just calmly walking up past the woman's body...and he sure didn't look panicked as he drew his weapon and shot an unknown person, most likely injured, exiting a wrecked vehicle posing no visible threat. He then nonchalantly holsters his pistol and looks around then pulls it out again and aims it into the vehicle as he illuminates the man he shot, then calls it in saying the man he shot was reused to exit the vehicle, when it's clear that's exactly what he was doing when he was shot. At no time does he appear concerned about the man he just shot and I think after looking in the car and seeing him shot in the neck and not moving, he assumed he had killed him. This is the most blatant case of a bad shoot I've ever seen, and that officer should be arrested and charged.

White cop shoots a white man? Yeah, no chance the current Justice Department will give a single hoot, much less investigate.

I knew the answer before I asked.
Always check race/religion for the angle to any news story.

I saw this searching google when this story first posted. Judge, Jury and Executioner comes to mind. I read one article that said police officers went back to the bar later to try to find out who shot him. This LEO needs to be in prison.

He looks so bad and guilty you want to try and find a reason for it. Presumably he knew there was a dash cam, so why would he do it? Pure Evil?

If you have enough confidence in the blue curtain, what does the dash cam have to do with his actions? It appears to have worked well this time. The part I don't understand is why we can't be pro police and anti blue curtain? Seems like one more topic that we have managed to polarize. You're either for or against, no middle ground. And what does it do but maintain the status-quo.
