That guy should only take up the offer if the agent is barred from the premises for life...otherwise his life might not be long enough to enjoy said free drinks for very long.

I hate this... there is no liability from the bar if they can't deny the agent. That alone should enough to head off a legitimate suit... unfortunately, these days, legitimacy has little to do with it.

I wondered the same thing...

Above the law is just another way of saying outside the law.

I don't know if the agent will get off from being penalized especially since this video hit. Obviously alcohol was involved, obviously the retention of his holster couldn't handle the flip, finally I saw no effort to help the injured person. If it was a Glock it didn't go bang when it hit the ground.

But, the flip was amazing!

If he just kept it simple like this: none of this would be happening.

I want to know why the shooter's face is blurred in the video. I think the public has a right to know who he is.

So if he was drinking, he was drinking on duty?

So charges are only pending if the lab test comes back positive for alcohol, even though you recklessly discharged a firearm in a club and shot someone? He's already left the jurisdiction I would be surprised if charges are pressed. Just my .02

I did a search and limited the results to the last 24 hours and came up with a bunch of hits from all over. This one from just 3 hours ago.

BTW, I was just thinking that at least it was a Glock, which requires a trigger pull to go off.
