Yeah, me, too. The math is correct; it is about $1.50 per person, but I have no idea what I was attempting to convey by multiplying 300 million by 100 million - should have been 1 million. That number would be 3 followed by 14 zeros or 300 trillion. Still a big number.

Then there's the fact that the offer is only being made to/for black/hispanic felons. All the white felons need to get together and file a class action discrimination suit for being excluded on the basis of race.
